Email is the fastest way to reach us. Use it for a generation, an order, a rights concern, a privacy request or a factual correction. We usually reply within two business days.
Support and billing
Write to support@goatrap.com from the address on your account. Include the video, track or order ID and the page where you saw the problem, plus the date you generated it if it concerns a specific one.
Please never send passwords, full card numbers or other secrets by email. We will never ask for them.
Rights, takedown and likeness requests
If a video or track made with GoatRap.com uses your likeness or your work without permission, email support@goatrap.com with a link or generation ID and a short description. We review every request promptly. The copyright page lists what a complete notice includes.
Privacy and data deletion
You can delete your videos, tracks and your account yourself. If you cannot sign in, or you need help with data held by a provider, email support@goatrap.com from the address on the account.
Corrections
If something on this site is factually wrong, tell us which page and what should change and we will fix it.
