Refund Policy
A credit pack can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Once any credit from that pack is used, the purchase is non-refundable. Failed generations return credits, not cash.
Unused credit packs
A credit pack can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@goatrap.com from the address on your account and include the order date. Waffo processes the payment and issues the refund.
After a credit is used
Once any credit from that pack is used, the purchase is non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Failed generations
Failed jobs return your credits. Failed generations return credits, not cash.
