Privacy Policy

What we process

Account identity from your Google sign-in (name, email address and profile basics); order and credit records; the photo or photos you upload for a video; the topic or lyrics you provide; the name and one-line reason you type for a diss track; task identifiers from our AI providers; and the finished video or track. Payments are handled by Waffo, so we never see or store your full card number or security code. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

Who helps provide the service

We use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments and AI generation. Google handles sign-in. Waffo processes payments. Your photo and generation settings are sent through the yir.ai AI gateway to the AI models that produce your output — currently a language model that writes the lyrics, music models (Suno, with a MiniMax fallback) that produce the track and a video model (MiniMax) that renders it. We send only what is needed for the requested job and we do not sell personal data.

Before processing, an uploaded photo is sent to SeeAPI for an NSFW check. SeeAPI returns a safety verdict only, and the image is not used to train models. Finished videos and tracks are not sent through that check.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar storage needed to keep you signed in and the service secure, and basic aggregate analytics to understand which pages and features are used. We also set one anonymous visitor cookie to count which steps of the site people reach; it contains no personal information. We do not build cross-site behavioral profiles from your photos.

Retention

After a successful job, your inputs are kept with the finished video or track for up to 7 days so you can download it again, and authorized team members may inspect them for support and quality. Inputs from failed jobs are deleted. Deleting a video or your account removes the related files sooner. Links shared with providers are temporary. Minimal order records may be kept longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax and legal duties.

Your choices

You can download or delete any video or track at any time, delete your account, or email support@goatrap.com to ask for a copy or the deletion of your data. See the delete-my-data page for the steps.

Provider copies and deletion limits

When you delete content on GoatRap.com we remove our copy. Providers may keep temporary copies under their own retention rules, and we cannot guarantee that a provider will delete its copy on request. We ask providers to clean up where their tools allow it. For data held by a provider, email support@goatrap.com and we will help where we can.

Children

GoatRap.com is for adults. Do not upload photos of minors, and do not use the service if you are under 18.
